研究了PBO纤维的紫外光老化行为,并对PBO纤维的防光老化做了初步的研究。研究首次发现,PBO纤维的光降解过程可分为物理和化学2个阶段。物理阶段主要表现为纤维皮层结构缺陷的产生和发展,纤维强度缓慢下降;化学阶段表现为PBO大分子链的化学断链,纤维皮层和结晶结构遭到严重的破坏,纤维强度快速降低。另外,通过调整PBO纤维内部结构,使用纳米粒子涂层及光稳定剂,对提高PBO纤维的光稳定性进行了初步研究,发现调整PBO纤维纺丝过程可改善PBO纤维结构、提高纤维的耐光老化性能;而使用纳米粒子涂层和采用紫外光吸收剂,纤维耐光老化性也有一定程度提高。
The photolysis of PBO fibers exposed to UV light was investigated.The attempts to improve aging resistance of PBO fiber were investigated.It is first time to find that the photolysis of PBO fibers includes two development stages: one could be defined as the physical degradation stage and the other could be defined as the chemical degradation stage.In the physical degradation stage,the main features present that the defects appear on the cortex of fiber,which result in the slow decrease of tensile strength.The chemical degradation stage mainly behaves as chain scission of PBO molecule,which results in the serious damage of fiber surface and sharp reduce of tensile strength.Attempts to improve photo stabilization of PBO fibers,such as improving structure of fiber,coating gel particles on the surface of fiber and using anti-aging agent,were done so that the photo stability of PBO fibers could be improved to some extent by using these methods.
