The development of civil engineering education is analyzed from industry current state, professional education quality assessment, vocational registration system by comparing Sino-US civil engineering cultivation schemes. A few suggestions are promoted for carrying out excellent engineer training program and taking part in Washington agreement in the future by civil engineering specialty. They will do good to internationalize education reform of domestic high education.
