旋流发生器被广泛用在贫燃式燃烧室中稳定火焰和减少NOx的排放。透平进口的强旋流会吹离传统横排式布孔的端壁上附着的冷却气膜,降低冷却效率。为了抵抗旋流对端壁气膜的吹离作用,参考沿等压线布孔的冷气孔设计准则,用CFD手段优选出一种端壁冷气孔布置方案。实验证明,当吹风比在一定范围内,优选方案的端壁气膜冷却效果比横排布孔的端壁更好,而且受旋流扰动的影响更小。
Swirl generator is widely used in the lean combustion chamber to reduce NOx emissions and hold the flame stability.Strong swirl at turbine inlet will blow cooling air attachment off the traditional endwall on which the holes are horizontal,reducing cooling efficiency.In order to resist swirl blowing the film away from the endwall,a new holes layout program is with CFD method,according to the design criteria that cooling holes are along the isobars.Experiments show that when the blowing ratio within a certain range,the film cooling effect of optimized endwall is better than the endwall with horizontal holes,and less affected by the swirl disturbance.
