目的制备可标识血液辐照剂量的辐射变色膜,了解其吸光度峰值与淋巴细胞反应抑制率之间的对应关系。方法分别用5、15、25、35、50Gy5种辐射剂量的射线照射所制备的辐射变色膜和血液,测定辐照前后辐射变色膜的吸光度和淋巴细胞反应抑制率。结果该辐射变色膜具有低剂量响应特征,与血液同时被辐照后,薄膜颜色由粉红色变为蓝色,其吸收峰的吸光度与血液淋巴细胞反应抑制率具有相关性。结论经内眼观察辐射变色膜可确定血袋是否经辐照,测定辐射变色膜的吸光度可定量标识血液的辐照剂量。该辐射变色膜在血液辐照预防TA-GVHD中具有重要的应用前景。
Objective To prepare a radiochromic film used to label the dose of irradiation that the blood has received, and also to observe the relationship between the absorbance peak.of radiochromic films and the lymphocytes inhi-bition rate. Methods The radiochromic films and blood underwent ray irradiation at doses of 5, 15, 25, 35 and 50 Gy. Results The radiochromic films on the blood bags were sensitive even under a low dose of irradiation, the color of which turned from pink to blue after the irritation. And the absorbance peak of radiochromic films did have relationship to the blood lymphocytes inhibition rate. Conclusion The color of radiochromic film could show weather the blood has been irradiated. And the dose of irradiation would be quantified by the determination of the absorbency of radiochromic fihns. This kind of radiochromic film enjoys a promising future in the prevention of TA-GVHD via irradiation.
