根据工业大用户的用电特性,将工业大用户的用电系统进行分类。阐述了工业大用户能效指标体系的设计思路,并利用层次分析结构建立了评估指标体系。采用AHP-熵权法确定指标权重,实现了对工业大用户能效的综合评价。结果表明,提出的工业大用户能效评估指标体系能够对工业大用户的用电展开系统、科学的分析和评估,得到的综合评估结果可为工业大用户管理、运行以及节能改造提供有力的支持,有助于提高工业大用户的能效水平,提升企业竞争力。
First of all,the electricity utilization systems of large industrial users are divided according to their electricity characteristics in this paper,and then the design concept of the large industrial users' energy efficiency index system is intro-duced.Furthermore,the electricity utilization evaluation index system for large industrial users is established and the index weight is determined by the improved AHP and entropy method to evaluate the electricity utilization efficiency.The electricity utilization evaluation system for large industrial users has pro-ved effective according to the results,which is helpful for the industrial users' management,operation,and energy-saving,as well as for improving the energy efficiency of industrial enterprises and enhancing their competitiveness.
