为了提高输电网络的输电能力,提出了一种考虑低频振荡约束计算最大输电能力的模型和方法。应用Jacobi-Davidson方法求取系统状态矩阵的关键特征子集,将最小部分特征值的阻尼比大于指定阈值作为低频振荡约束条件,与传统最大输电能力最优模型结合,建立了考虑低频振荡的最大输电能力新模型。最后运用逐点线性化方法实现问题求解。试算了多个标准测试系统,并与不考虑低频振荡约束的电网最大输电能力比较,计算结果表明,该文所提出的模型及算法有效、可行。
In order to improve the transfer capability of transmission network, we put forward a method to evaluate the total transfer capability by considering low frequency oscillations. The Jacobi-Davidson method was used to calculate the critical eigenvalues of the system state matrix. Low frequency oscillations index used damping ratio and then integrated into standard OPF formulation. The problem here was solved by successive linear programming, and was compared with the total transfer capability without considering low frequency oscillation constraints. Different power system was also used to illustrate the proposed modal and algorithm. Results show that the proposed model and algorithm are effective and feasible.
