黑龙江省国土资源数据利用过程中,普遍出现操作过于复杂,数据过于详细,应用平台单一,物理层资源分布不平衡等问题.为应对和克服实际问题,提高国土资源数据的利用效率,根据黑龙江金土工程现有服务器及网络结构现状,设定节点策略模型,整体分配用户请求;g3建基于匈牙利算法的负载均衡模型,解决资源调度问题;建立基于云计算、物联网和GIS的业务平台构建模型,使之构成完整的云计算模型体系.利用虚拟技术和云仿真技术模拟基础条件,测试和验证整体云计算模型的性能,并与现有金土工程进行比较,访问速度、稳定性等指标都有显著提高.
In order to overcome some difficulties, including complex operations, too much data, too many single ap- plication platforms, and uneven physical resources distribution in the utilization of land resources data of Hei- longjiang Province, the authors established a nodal strategy model based on the existing servers and network struc- ture of the Heilongjiang Golden Land Project to realize the overall distribution of user requests, built the load balan- cing model and used the Hungary algorithm to solve the resource schedule problem. The authors also built an effi- cient model of land resources data based on cloud computing, Internet of Things and GIS ( geographic information systems ). The virtual technology and cloud simulation technology are used to simulate the foundation conditions, test and verify the overall performance of the cloud model. Comparing with the Golden Land Project, such indexes as access speed and stability have been improved significantly.
