采用生长速率法检测了11科14种高原植物的乙醇提取物对6种植物病原真菌的抑制活性.实验结果显示,在样品的作用浓度为1mg/mL时,香青、铁线莲、露蕊乌头的乙醇提取物对苹果腐烂病原茵有明显的抑制作用,抑制率分别为77.10%、68.14%、67.53%;香青、露蕊乌头、金露梅、木鳖子对苹果炭疽病原茵也有值得关注的抑制作用,抑制率分别为81.02%、66.53%、62.10%、61.34%.进一步对香青的正己烷、乙酸乙酯、甲醇萃取物进行抑茵活性检测发现,正己烷部位为抑茵活性物质主要存在部位.
Fourteen plants,belonging to 11 families from the Qinghai-Tibet plateau of China,were extracted with 95% ethanol. The extracts were evaluated antifungal activity against six plant pathogenic fungi used the mycelial growth inhibition assay in vitro. At the concentration of 1 mg/mL,the extracts from A. sinica Hance. ,C. connata,A, gymnandrum showed the obvious inhibitory action against the fungi V. ceratosperma by 77.10 %. 68. i4%. 67.53 %;the extracts from A. sinica Hance. , A. gymnandrum, P. fruticosa L. ,M. cochinchinensis also showed high inhibitory against C. gloeosporioides with the inhibitory of 81.02% .66.53%.62.10% .61.34%. Through the further study on the different solvent extractions of the ethanol extract from A. sinica Hance. , the results indicated that the effective inhibitory components were included in the n-hexane extract.
