国内外系统研究人力资源外包产业链和产业竞争强度的文献相对较少,对该产业的界定和认识比较模糊。而中国人力资源外包产业近几年发展迅猛,为系统研究人力资源外包产业提出了崭新的课题。首先分析了人力资源外包产业链,然后对人力资源外包产业的竞争强度进行了定性分析,最后从产业链整合、产业资源整合、服务整合和品牌整合等4个方面提出了人力资源服务企业发展的有效建议。
There are limited systematic studies on the industrial chain and industrial competitive intensity of human resources outsourcing,and the definition and understanding of the industry is therefore not very clear.Human resources outsourcing has developed rapidly in China in recent years,thus raises new issues of more systematic studies being presented on it.Firstly,the paper defines the human resources outsourcing industrial chain,and then it conducts a qualitative analysis on the industrial competitive intensity using Baud Model.Finally,the paper puts forward many effective suggestions on how to promote the healthy development of the human resources outsourcing service enterprises.
