完善调水工程水源地的生态补偿机制已是大势所趋，但目前国内还没有统一、成型的模式可以直接套用。笔者针对跨流域调水工程的生态补偿问题，对征收受水区的水资源费以及从水权交易费用中提取资金的两种模式进行了分析，提出了自己的见解。

Now it is urgent for ecological compensation for wellhead of water transfer project,but we have not uniform and fashioned pattern. The article discusses collecting water resources cost in water demand area and extracting some cost from water transfer.
