The operation of HVAC system in a residential building in Jinan has been tested, and the data of running energy consumption to specific building was collected, and the proportion of energy consumption about the pumps, host and cooling towers in different month was obtained and analyzed including its the HVAC energy situation, operation efficiency based on measured data. The recommendations for system retrofitting of energy efficiency and fundamental data are provided.
