地聚合物指采用天然矿物或固体废弃物及人工硅铝化合物为原料,在高碱性条件下通过矿物缩聚而形成的由硅氧四面体与铝氧四面体组成的三维网状聚合胶凝材料。地聚合物兼有陶瓷、水泥、高分子材料的特点,是近年来国内外新型绿色胶凝材料研究的热点。针对粉煤灰基地聚合物反应机理综述了国内外研究现状;介绍了Glukhovsky模型、受碱激发的描述性机理模型、纳米结构模型以及体积分数量化模型;并重点介绍了碱、硅铝组分、钙组分和水在地聚合反应中的作用。
Geopolymer is a kind of inorganic polymer cementitious materials, which has a 3D network of silico-aluminate structures. GeoP01ymer can be synthesized from calcined clays, industrial waste or other alumino-silicate containing source materials under strongly alkaline conditions. Compared with organic polymers, cements, ceramics and metals, geopolymer has superior performances. Recently, geopolymer has become a research focus in the green cementitious materials field. Current status of the researches on the reaction mechanism of fly ash-based geopolymer are reviewed. The Glukhovsky model, the descriptive model, the nanostructural model and the volumetric model are introduced, and emphasis is placed on the effect of alkali, aluminum, silica, calcium and water on geopolymerization.
