综述了对近年来引起国内外广泛关注的微波陶瓷用钛酸锌的制备工艺和改性途径，分析了各种制备方法以及改性途径的发展现状、优势及不足，指出单独使用某种方法或某种改性途径都未能获得既有优异性能又能进行低温烧结的陶瓷，认为必须综合各种制备方法和改性途径才能获得优异性能的微波陶瓷用钛酸锌。
英文摘要：
A summary of preparation technologies and modification trends of zinc titanate used in microwave ceramics all over the world is presented, and the devolping features and shortages are analyzed. It is shown that the ceramics with excellent properties cannot be obtained via the separate preparation or the separate modification trends. In the end,a predication is made that the technologies combining preparation methods with modification trends will gain zinc titanate ceramics with excellent properties.
