针对传统电动钻机柴油发电机组调速系统,在不同工况下由于模型参数变化而引起的新的控制问题,设计了一个基于模糊控制与PI调节相结合的调速系统。该系统主要利用了模糊控制对被控对象非线性和时变性有很强适应能力的特点,在转速误差较大时进行模糊控制,当系统调节到稳定状态附近时进行PI调节。仿真实验结果表明该系统比传统PID控制和模糊控制在控制精度、稳定性方面都有很大提升。
Focus on the control problems caused by the changes of model parameters of traditional diesel generator set for electric drilling rigs in different working conditions, a speed control system based on fuzzy and PI control is proposed. The fuzzy control which has strong adaptive ability to the nonlinear and time variation of the controlled objects is adopted in the system. The fuzzy control is executed when the speed error is larger, and PI adjustment is executed when the system is adjus- ted to the approximate steady state. Experimental result shows that the control accuracy and stability of the system has been improved much more than those of traditional PID control and fuzzy control.
