用分离培养技术法研究了金阿普隆、多克福、菌克毒克和适乐时4种种衣剂对大豆根际真菌、细菌、放线菌、固氮菌和根瘤数量的影响。结果表明,4种种衣剂对上述5类微生物的数量均有一定影响。使用4种种衣剂对大豆根际真菌先产生明显促进作用,后产生微弱抑制作用,最后恢复到正常水平;处理前期,对根际细菌以抑制为主,处理51d时,4种种衣剂对根际细菌均产生促进作用,试验后期,处理组的根际细菌恢复到正常水平;4种种衣剂处理22d时大豆根际放线菌增加988%-1320%,处理29,36,43,51d时均影响较小,后期逐渐恢复到正常水平;大豆根际固氮菌数量无明显变化规律;处理前期大豆根瘤数量减少,后期恢复到正常水平。
This experiment studies the dynamic changes of soybean rhizosphere microorganism with dilution method after treatment with Metalaxyl, Carbofuran-Carbendazim-Thiram, Ninanmycin and Gelest. The result indicates that the 4 seed coating all affects soybean rhizosphere fungi, bacteria, actinomyce, nitrogen-fixing bacteria and nodules. They obviously stimulate the soybean rhizosphere fungi at first, then there is a faint inhibition, and the amount of soybean rhizosphere fungi restores to the normal level at last. At the prophase, the 4 seed coating mainly inhibits the rhizosphere bacteria. After 51 d, they all stimulate the rhizosphere bacteria, then the amount of soybean rhizosphere bacteria restores to the normal level. After 22 d treated with them, the amplitude of soybean rhizosphere actionmyce is 988%-1 320%, and after 29, 36, 43, 51 d, the effect is not obvious, then the amount of soybean rhizosphere actinomyce restores to the normal level. The change of soybean rhizosphere nitrogen-fixing bacteria is not regular. At the prophase the amount of soybean nodules decrease after treated, then it restores to the normal level at the later period.
