酒店实习生工作满意度一直是旅游教育部门和酒店部门关注的重要问题,其工作满意度的高低对实习酒店和酒店业都有重要影响。通过因子分析、方差分析和分步多元回归分析,在控制了性别、收入、实习部门、学科等变量的情况下,发现显著影响酒店实习生满意度的心理环境因素主要有3类:酒店制度与工资福利待遇、教学与培养、实习价值与重要性。进一步分析表明,实习生的满意度及3类心理环境影响因子与其实习价值感知显著相关。最后,从实习酒店、学校和个人3个角度提出了改善实习生满意度的策略。
Hotel interns' job satisfaction has always been important issues that concern the tourism education sector and hotel.The level of interns' job satisfaction has a significant impact to the hotel and the hospitality industry.By adopting methods of factor analysis,variance analysis and hierarchical regression analysis,controlling the variables such as gender,income,interns' department and subject,the paper finds that there are three main psychological environment factors that distinctly influence the satisfaction of hotel inters: the hotel system and the wages and benefits,teaching and training and interns' importance.Further analysis showed that the intern's job satisfaction and three influencing psychological environment factors are significantly related to interns' value perception.Finally,appropriate measures and strategies are put forward from three perspectives of hotel,institutions of higher learning and student so as to improve hotel interns' satisfaction.
