以天然矿物纤蛇纹石为原料,通过化学分散、酸浸制备了氧化硅纳米线.运用X射线荧光光谱、热分析、X射线衍射、红外光谱和扫描电镜对产物进行了表征.结果表明:制备的氧化硅纳米线的化学组成为SiO18·0.6H2O;其结构虽为无定形,却具有一定的有序度,组成单元仍为硅氧四面体,但四面体交替上下排列,六元环高度扭曲变形.氧化硅纳米线基本呈圆柱状,表面较为光滑平整,分散性好,长度约十数微米,直径为25~55nm.
By chemical dispersion and acid leaching, silica nanowires were prepared from natural mineral chrysotile. The silica nanowires were characterized by means of X-ray fluorescence analysis, thermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetric analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the chemical composition of silica nanowires is SiO1.8-0.6H2O, and although the silica is amorphous, its structure is regular to some extent. The structural unit of silica nanowires is a SiO4 tetrahedron and six-member silicon-oxygen rings with the tetrahedral positioned alternately up and down in the six-member rings. The silica nanowires axe well-dispersed and have columned morphology and a smooth surface, with lengths over 10 μm and diameters of 25-55 nm,
