在往复流水槽中要精确模拟出潮位和潮流的变化过程曲线,对于水槽的控制系统尤为关键。设计出了一种基于可编程自动控制器(PAC),采用现场总线和I7000系列分布式数据采集模块组成的潮汐模拟控制系统。通过对核心部件I-7188EG可编程自动控制器的编程设置,实现了水槽中水的流向、水位和流速等参数的精确控制。解决了传统机械调速和水位控制装置的繁杂和不稳定性等问题。实验结果表明:该控制系统在模拟潮位和潮流变化过程中具有较高的精确度和稳定性。
In order to simulate the wave profile of tidal level and current precisely, the control system in reversing current flume is very crucial. In this sense, the control system based on programmable automation controller (PAC)for simulating tide with field bus and I7000 distributed data acquisition units was developed. It adopted 1-7188EG(PAC) that was programmed as the core to design the system for controlling speed and level of water,and direction of water current. It solves the complicated and unstable problems in traditional mechanical governing speed and water level control units. The results of the experiment show that the system has high precision and stability in simulating the wave profile of tidal level and current.
