目的研究菊科植物红花(Carthamus tinctorius L.)干燥管状花的化学成分。方法采用大孔树脂柱色谱、反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从其水提取物中分离得到9个已知化合物,分别鉴定为:二氢红花菜豆酸-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷甲酯(1)、二氢红花菜豆酸甲酯(2)、2,6-dimethoxy-4-methylphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯乙醇(5)、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯丙酸(6)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚(7)、blumenol A(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论化合物5~8为首次从红花中分离得到。
Nine compounds were isolated from Carthamus tinctorius L by chromatography methods such as macroporous resin,silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns and ODS column chromatography,etc. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by analysis of the physico-chemical constants and NMR data. They were identified as dihydrophaseic methyl-4'-O-β-D-glucoside( 1),(-)-methyl dihydrophaseate( 2),2,6-dimethoxy-4-methylphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 3),4-hydroxybenzoic acid( 4),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenethyl alcohol( 5),4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzenepropionic acid( 6),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol( 7),blumenol A( 8),β-sitosterol( 9). Among them,compounds 5- 8 were isolated from Carthamus tinctorius L for the first time.
