首先以Y-Ni合金为催化剂,利用电弧法制备了单壁碳纳米管粗品。然后以该粗品为碳源,在不另外添加催化剂的情况下,利用二次电弧放电法制备了单壁碳纳米管。对二次电弧放电制备的单壁碳纳米管进行了紫外-近红外吸收光谱、拉曼光谱和热重分析的表征,结果表明,二次电弧放电所制备的单壁碳纳米管的管径比首次电弧放电制备的直径略小,约为1.36 nm,且较为均一。
The secondary electric arc discharge was applied to synthesize single-walled carbon nanotubes( SWNTs),in which the raw SWNTs soot generated by the first electric arc discharge was utilized as a carbon source. With optical absorption spectroscopy,Raman scattering and TG analysis,it was concluded that the SWNTs prepared by the secondary arc discharge displayed smaller average diameters( 1. 36 nm)with a narrower diameter distribution in comparison to those from the first arc discharge.
