建立了永磁电机转子—定子碰摩系统的分段线形刚度和阻尼的动力学模型,当转子、定子碰摩时存在丰富的非线性动力学行为。基于Poincare映射研究了其周期运动的稳定性以及经倍周期分岔、Hopf分岔向混沌的转迁过程;分析了系统参数对碰摩系统运动行为的影响,为适应电机高速化的发展,提高其在高速下的安全稳定可靠运行奠定理论基础。
Established a two degrees of freedom model with discontinuous rigidity and damp for studying the response of the permanent magnet motor' s rotor and stator rubbing system, and there are abundant nonlinear dynamic behaviors when rubbing. the stability of periodic motions and the transitions to chaos though period-doubling bifurcations or Hopf bifurcations are studied based on Poincare mapping. In view of the case of multi-parameters, their influences on the bifurcation behaviors and chaos motions of rotor and stator rubbing system are analyzed in detail. The analyzed results provide theoretical bases for safely, steadily, unfailingly operating on high speed, and quicken the motor developments toward high speed.
