在梁式结构的应用中为节约材料成本,横向组合材料在建筑施工及桥梁建造中的应用较为广泛,乃至在煤矿生产中,由于地壳运动及地质构造的作用导致地下岩层赋存异常复杂,其中不乏出现岩层的横向叠加结构。针对剧烈地质作用导致煤层上方顶板岩层结构横向叠加的模型研究较少,这里就其分层间粘合力大小不同的两种情形,从力学理论分析的角度给出组成成分不同的横向组合梁截面应力分布特点,给出梁截面应力计算公式,为组合梁弹塑性极限的确定提供判据。证明组合梁在外部载荷作用下易发生弯扭变形。
In order to save the material cost in the application of the beam type structure, the lateral combined material was widely applied to the architecture construction and the bridge beam construction and to the mine coal production. The earth crustal movement and geological structure role could cause the abnormal and complicated strata deposit in underground, including the lateral overlying structures in the strata. Due to less study on the lateral overlying model of the strata structure above the roof of the seam caused by the serious geological role, there were two conditions with different binding force between the separated bedding and from the mechanics theoretical analysis, the stress distribution features of the lateral combined beam cross section with different composition were provided and the calculation formula of the beam cross section stress was provided to prove the judgment for the determine the plastic and elastic limit of the combined beam. The combined beam approved would be easy to occur the bending and deformation under the out loading function.
