大同矿区综放开采覆岩压力拱演化规律研究

为研究大同矿区综放开采的覆岩运动特征,以同忻矿8105工作面为研究对象,运用关键层理论确定了同忻矿8105工作面关键层分布,采用理论分析、相似材料模拟方法对压力拱的演化规律进行了研究,并结合现场监测数据对研究结果进行了验证。结果表明,在同忻矿双系煤层开采条件下,关键层破断影响着压力拱的发展高度,沿工作面推进方向,压力拱的失稳步距为283~330 m。拱脚位置在工作面前方40~55 m,压力拱承载着大部分的覆岩载荷,一旦发生失稳破坏,会造成石炭系岩层与侏罗系采空区连通,引起工作面强矿压显现。

英文摘要:

The paper is aimed at introducing its research exploration results of the movements and evolutionary features of the overlying strata of the fully mechanized working face caving situation in Datong coal-mining region by taking the working face No.8105 of Tongxin Mine as a case study sample.At the same time,we would also like to make an assessment of the key strata distribution of the said working face by using the key strata theory.Thus,for the research purpose,we have pursued the evolutionary regularity of the overlying strata pressure arch through the theory of plate and shell calculation and the simulation experiments so as to verify the assumption of the likely structure of the underground mining exploration conditions and work out the pressure data of the mining working face.The results of our exploration demonstrate that:There exist three key strata(a key stratum and two sub-key strata) in the overlying strata structure of the working face.In dealing with the coal seam mining condition of Jurassic and Carboniferous-Permian system,it would be possible for the key strata failure to influence the developed height of the pressure arch for the primary key strata may turn to be the ultimate ' arch crown' stratum,which should be 294 m thick as the calculated failure interval of the pressure arch.When the working face of the coal mining is advancing forward,the pressure arch would also be pushing ahead along with the high strata of the working face,too.This can be proved by using the similar material simulation experiments,which tend to indicate the failure interval of the pressure arch,an arch of about 283- 330 m with a supporting point of pressure arch being about 45-55 m in front of the working face.In such a status in-situ,once the pressure that sustains most of the weight of the overlying strata were broken and failed to keep the stability,the goaf of the Jurassic and Carboniferous-Permian system would likely cause the drop-down of the overlying strata of the working face and in turn result in a risk
