基于宏观的网络结构与微观的关系强度对于知识流动都有重要影响的观点,通过仿真模型对基于无标度网络架构的非正式知识网络在不同交互策略下,以及不同群体交互水平下的知识流动效率进行了仿真。结果显示,当偏好选择策略的模糊度越低时,均衡状态时的网络知识流动效率越高;随着群体交互水平的提高,均衡状态时的网络知识流动效率呈现S型演化,存在一个群体交互水平的敏感区间;针对基于度优先策略下网络均衡状态时群体平均知识方差峰值的分析表明,中等群体关系强度均值具有特殊含义。
Based on the point of view that both the macro-structure characters of networks and micro-strength of relations have important effects on knowledge flowing,we study the knowledge flowing efficiency of informal knowledge networks with the scale-free character under different interactive policies and levels by computer simulation.The results show that: i) the lower the fuzzy degree of policy adopted,the higher the knowledge flowing efficiency in equilibrium;ii) with the advance of the interactive level,the knowledge flowing efficiency in equilibrium evolves along a S-curve,and an sensitive interval of interactive level emerges.Especially,when based on the degree preferential policy and the network is in equilibrium,the analysis of peak value of average knowledge variance shows that,in terms of average relation strength,a middle value seems to be special.
