对湛江东海岛研究区水质调查结果显示该地区存在海水入侵现象,为了揭示海水入侵对土壤环境微生物的影响,本文采用PCR-DGGE技术对20个采样点的土壤样品进行微生物群落结构的分析.结果表明:海水入侵对微生物群落结构产生影响,随着远离海岸线微生物种群数量增加,且同一地点不同采样深度微生物群落的组成也存在着差异.根据Shannon-Weaver指数及聚类分析可知,强海水入侵区的多样性指数要低于弱入侵区,海水人侵区近海岸与远海岸的微生物种群相似性有较大差别.
The East Island of Zhanjiang City is facing seawater intrusion according to local water quality survey. To investigate effects of seawater intrusion on soil microbes, microbial community structure of 20 soil samples was analyzed using PCR-DGGE. Compared to the results of dominant DGGE bands for Shannon-Weaver and cluster analysis, the extent of seawater intrusion directly influenced soil microbial community structure, microorganism increased with increasing distance from coast. The Shannon-Weaver of strong seawater intrusion area was lower than weak intrusion area; microbial population was different between areas near and far from coasts.
