介绍了两套应用Matlab软件研制的全数字声发射监测系统:一通过USB建立Matlab与数字示波器之间的有效连接,实现以示波器进行信号模数转换,Matlab进行信号处理的声发射监测系统;二将示波器替换为模数(A/D)转换卡,并研制了基于Matlab与A/D转换卡无缝接口的声发射监测系统。系统用Matlab对声发射信号进行处理分析和处理,实现了实时声发射信号采集、滤波、存储、显示和AE特征参数提取,同时Matlab也为后续的小波分析、谱分析等信号处理方法提供了工具。用两套系统分别对钢材料试样拉伸实验进行声发射监测,得到了声发射信号,确认了声发射监测系统的可靠性。所建系统便于实验室建立,具有数据处理能力强,可扩展性高,开放性好的优点。
Two digital acoustic emission monitoring systems were developed by software Matlab: the oscilloscope-based system with a digital oscilloscope for analog-digital conversion and software Matlab for signal processing and analysis,and the A/D card-based system with a seamless interface between the A/D card and Matlab.Matlab was applied to the data analysis and process of the acoustic emission signals,And the real-time acoustic emission signal acquisition,filtering,storage,display and AE feature extraction were achieved.Meanwhile,Matlab provides the tools for the follow-up wavelet analysis and spectrum analysis.The acoustic emission of steel samples under tensile test was monitored,the reliability of the two systems was tested by the obtained acoustic emission signals.The two systems can be easily developed in a lab and can be easily extended and accessed.
