利用电子探针、分光光度计和干涉显微镜等手段,研究了离子交换对硼硅玻璃光学性能的影响.结果表明,离子交换后硼硅玻璃的K^+ 含量沿玻璃厚度方向逐渐降低.当交换时间≤8h时,交换层厚度与交换时间呈线性增加;当交换时间〉8h时,交换层厚度增加缓慢.离子交换增强后,硼硅玻璃的透过率小幅度下降,但仍保持在91%以上.离子交换后硼硅玻璃中折射率从玻璃表面向内部呈指数降低,这与K+离子在玻璃中的不均匀分布相关.综合考虑应用器件对强度和光学均匀性要求,硼硅玻璃的离子交换时间应不大于3h.
The effect of ion exchange on optical properties of borosilicate glass was studied by means of EPMA, spectrophotometer and interference microscope.In the surface of borosilicate glass after ion exchange treat-ment,content of K+ gradually reduce along the thickness direction.When ion exchange time was less than 8 h, thickness of exchange layer increases linearly.However,thickness of exchange layer increases slowly if ion ex-change treatment goes on.Transmission of borosilicate glass after ion exchange treatment decreases slightly compared with that of original glass,but it was still higher than 9 1%.Refractive index of borosilicate glass af-ter ion exchange treatment decreases exponentially from the surface to the inside,which was related with distri-bution of K+ in borosilicate glass.When ion exchange time was less than 3 h,borosilicate glass will possess ex-cellent mechanical and optical properties simultaneously.
