设计了3种不同结构的用于喷雾激冷的压力雾化喷嘴,并对其进行优选研究。研究了不同压差对喷嘴流量、雾滴粒径和雾化角的影响,得到3种喷嘴的粒径变化规律。研究结果表明:当压差增大到0.28 MPa时,雾滴粒径、雾化角等参数的变化渐趋平缓;当压差较低时,雾滴粒径随喷射距离的增加先减小,后增大;当压差较高时,雾滴粒径随喷射距离的增大而减小。通过对3种喷嘴的综合比较,优选出喷嘴3作为后续喷雾激冷室大型冷模实验的定型喷嘴。
According to the spray-quench chamber′s size and operating conditions,three different pressure atomization nozzles were designed.The effects of the operating differential pressure on the(nozzle′s) flow,droplet size distribution and spray angle were investigated,the variation of the droplet size distribution at different spray distance was researched,and the atomization characteristics of the three kinds of nozzles were also compared.The results showed that when the differential pressure increased to 0.28 MPa,the change in droplet size distribution became flatter and the increase of spray angle was also more difficult.The droplet size distribution first decreased,then increased with the spray-distance at low pressure differential;at high pressure differential,it decreased with the spray-distance.Among the three kinds of nozzles,nozzle 3 performed the best,and nozzle 3 would be chosen as the nozzle of the following spray-quench chamber′s large-scale cold model experiments.
