胜利褐煤在240oC下的Na OH/水中热溶2 h得到水热解聚物(TW).向TW中加入盐酸使其形成微固相-液相状态,然后在超声波辐射下依次用石油醚、环己烷、二硫化碳和苯对TW进行分级萃取获得萃取物1到4(E1到E4).用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)在E4中检测到了8种偶碳长链烷基环戊烷(C20-34),它们可能是煤中重要的生物标志物.温和水热解聚结合微固液萃取是分析低阶煤中有机质的有效方法.
Hydrothermal depolymerization( HTD) of Shengli lignite was carried out at 240 oC for 2 h to obtain the thermally soluble fraction( TW). TWwas transformed into micro- solid phase by adding a proper amount of hydrochloric acid,and then fractionally extracted with petroleum ether,cyclohexane,carbon disulfide and benzene under ultrasonic radiation to offer the extracts 1 to 4( E1 to E4). 8 long- chain alkylcyclopentanes with even carbon number,which could be a class of important biomarkers,were detected in E4 by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry( GC / MS). Combination of mild HTD and micro-solid / liquid extraction is an effective method to analyze organic substance in low- rank coals.
