Knowledge innovation is the important factor for integrated competition capacities and competition advantage for high-teeh virtual industry cluster. The paper analyses knowledge innovation style and structure, establishes knowledge innovation performance evaluation index system for high-tech virtual industry cluster, and combines GRAP to form cluster knowledge performance evaluation model. These could provide theories basis and strategic ideas for member knowledge management mechanism.
