本文研究不锈钢(薄壁外层)-混凝土-钢双壁空心管(DSTM)柱的轴心受压性能。借鉴钢-混凝土组合结构构件的基本假定,分析其轴心抗压能力。制作外层分别为薄钢管和铁皮管,内层均为钢管,双壁管中间喷注混凝土型号为C40的两种试件,并完成其轴向抗压试验。试验结果表明,当外层管为薄钢管时,其承载能力和变形能力优于薄铁皮管。通过分析本文和有关文献的试验结果,引用相关系数,提出了考虑套箍效应的双壁空心管长柱轴心受压承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果基本吻合。
In this paper, the axial compression performance of stainless steel (thin-walled outer layer)-concrete-steel double-walled hollow tube (DSTM) column is studied. Based on the basic assumptions of steel-concrete composite structural members, the axial compressive capacity is analyzed in this paper. The outer layer is made of thin steel pipe and iron pipe, the inner layer is steel pipe, double wall tube middle injection of concrete model C40 two kinds of specimens, and complete its axial compression test. The results of test show that when the outer tube is thin steel pipe, its bearing capacity and deform- ation ability is better than thin iron pipe. Based on the analysis of the results of this paper and the relevant literature, the formula of bearing capacity of double- wall hollow tube with long column is considered by considering the correlation effect. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
