电针对SAMP8小鼠海马热休克蛋白70表达的影响

目的观察电针对SAMP8小鼠学习记忆能力及海马热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达的影响。方法采用Morris水迷宫检测小鼠学习记忆能力,免疫组化法检测小鼠海马HSP70表达。结果与对照组比较,模型组平均逃避潜伏期明显延长,原平台象限停留时间缩短,海马HSP70表达减少(P【0.01);与模型组比较,电针组平均逃避潜伏期缩短,原平台象限停留时间延长,海马HSP70表达明显增强(P【0.01)。结论电针治疗能改善阿尔茨海默病小鼠学习记忆能力,增强海马区HSP70的表达。

英文摘要:

Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncturing on learning and memory ability and heat shock protein(HSP) 70 expression in hippocampus of SAMP8 mice.Methods Morris water maze was used to test the learning and memory ability of mice,and the expression of HSP 70 was determined by immunohistochemical assay.Results Compared with the control group,the average escape latency in model group was significantly prolonged,the retention time in original platform quadrant was shortened,and the expression of HSP 70 in hippocampus was decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the average escape latency in electroacupuncture group was shortened,the retention time in original platform quadrant was prolonged,and the expression of HSP 70 in hippocampus was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve the learning and memory ability of alzheimer disease mice,increase the expression of HSP 70 in hippocampus.
