英文摘要：

Objective：To explore the effects of CCK-8s on memory and voluntary behavior in acute ethanol-induced rats. Methods：By using water maze experiment,the changes of memory and voluntary behavior in acute ethanol-induced rats and non-ethanol induced rats were observed. Results：CCK-8s can reduce the occurring frequency of voluntary behavior in acute ethanol-induced rats and shorten the time of clamping in water maze experiment.Conclusion：CCK-8s can reduce the occurring frequency of voluntary behavior in acute ethanol induced rats and also improve memory of rats to some extent.
