Migrant workers merging into urban society is an important way to realize the Chinese dream, which, however, is affected and restricted by human capital, social capital, psychological capi- tal, income and institutional capital. In order to promote the integration of migrant workers into city lives, the government and all sectors of society should take the following measures： to increase invest- merit in education, carry out vocational training for migrant workers, so as to enhance human capital; to build urban-rural interaction platforms, break the barriers hindering urban-rural interaction, so as to enhance social capital; to promote urban iclentity, inspire self confidence and optimism and hopes, so as to maintain psychological capital; to promote employment, raise the level of wages, so as to in- crease income; and to establish the social security system, so as to create institutional capital.
