对数控曲线带锯机跑车进行了设计,x向进给和y向进给均以气缸作为动力实现压紧,同时进给运动通过齿轮齿条啮合传动实现。利用Solidworks2010软件建立数控曲线带锯机跑车机架的三维模型,通过ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行有限元分析,并对试验结果加以分析、优化。
CNC curves band saw sports car rack is designed, x feed and y feed achieve compression through the cylinders as the driving force, meanwhile feed movement is achieved by rack and pinion meshing transmission. Using Solidworks 2010 software to establish a three-dimensional model of CNC curves band saw sports car rack, using ANSYS Workbench software to process its static strength finite element analysis ,and the test results were analyzed and optimized.
