针对可能发生的突发事件导致供应商存在不可靠性的情况,研究了由1个制造商和2个供应商构成的单种原料、多周期供应链双源采购鲁棒订货问题。采用实际送货量占订货量比例的变动来描述模型的不确定性,构建了供应可靠性均值化下的多周期制造商成本模型,并求解最优订货策略;用不确定性集描述实际送货比例的不确定性,并设定保护水平参数,构建能够在突发事件下以较低成本维持市场服务水平的供应链鲁棒运作模型,运用鲁棒优化方法转化为线性规划模型进行分析。数值算例结果表明,将鲁棒性运用于双源订货模型中,能够减少供应不确定性对制造商总订货成本和市场服务水平的影响。
We consider the robust dual sourcing in a supply chain with one manufacturer and two suppliers of raw materials, where both suppliers are unreliably due to emergence event. The uncertainty is defined as the change of actual delivery rate of the total order quantity. We build a multi-cycle cost model of the manufacturer with the supply reliability measured by the mean value, and obtain the optimal ordering strategy. Then, we describe the uncertainty of actual delivery proportion using a uncertainty set, and set the protection level parameters. We build a robust supply chain operations model which can make the firm to maintain its service level with a lower cost. We transform it into a linear program model with robustness and solve it. The numerical result shows that the inclusion of robustness as part of dual sourcing model can significantly reduce the influence of supply uncertainty in terms of the total cost and the service level of the manufacturer.
