风光互补混合供电系统多目标优化设计

中文摘要:

相比光伏或者风能独立供电系统,光伏电池与风能互补混合供电系统更为经济、可靠,能很好地适应环境的变化。提出一种基于改进微分进化算法的风光互补混合供电系统容量优化配置模型,在满足独立供电系统基本性能指标的前提下,构造出以系统投资成本、运行成本、维持系统供电可靠性等综合成本最小为目标的目标函数。该算法能够根据种群中个体分布情况,采用控制参数自适应调整策略,并利用解群转换操作提高全局寻优能力。算例分析表明,该算法能快速、有效求解混合系统的最优容量配置。

Compared with solar photovoltaic (PV) cells or wind power systems, hybrid PV/wind power supply system is more economical, reliable and adaptable to environmental changes. This paper presents an improved evolution algorithm to solve the optimization of the capacity of PV/ wind hybrid system. While meeting the basic requirements of independent power system, the minimum cost of objective function is constructed considering investment costs and operating costs. According to the evolution condition in the proposed algorithm, a dynamic parameter adjustment mechanism is adopted to enhance its search efficiency ; the population overlap is monitored in real time ; for overlapped individual, the global optimal searching ability of the proposed algorithm is further improved by use of migrant operation strategy. The method presented proves to be effective by an example.
