在构建高新技术企业自主创新能力评价指标体系的基础上，运用主成分分析法得到评价各地区高新技术企业自主创新能力的三个主要因子，通过综合因子得分对我国31个省份高新技术企业自主创新能力的水平进行排序，并运用聚类分析方法对其差异性进行了比较，最后为进一步提升我国高新技术企业自主创新能力提出政策建议。

This article in building the evaluation index system of high - tech enterprise independent innovationability, use the principal component analysis for evaluating the innovation ability to get the three main factors, andsort the high -tech enterprise independent innovation ability level through the method of comprehensive factorscore. In the end, this article analyze different areas of high and new technology enterprise innovation ability of thedifferences and comparison by clustering method to, and put forward policy suggestions.
