水泥路面形式是我国最为常见的路面形式,并且被广泛应用在我国各个地区。相比半刚性基层沥青路面,水泥路面具有更高的强度,但是水泥路面易开裂的特性限制了其在高等级公路中的应用。该文通过一系列三点弯曲缺口纤维增强混凝土梁的试验来研究其抗断裂特性,并使用了载荷-开口位移曲线作为评价不同纤维掺量的混凝土抗断裂性能的指标。结果表明:随着纤维含量的增加,纤维增强混凝土材料的抗压强度和劈裂强度会有所降低,而抗开裂性能显著提升。同时该文也对纤维材料增强混凝土抗开裂特性的机理进行了具体的解释。
Compared with the asphalt concrete pavement, the cement concrete pavement possesses higher strength. Thusly, the cement concrete pavement has become the most widely used pavement structure in china. However, the brittle fracture property of cement concrete has restricted its application in high grade pavement. In this paper, a series of three-point-bending north beam tests were performed to study the resistant fracture capacity of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete. Meanwhile, the P-Crack Mouth Open Displacement (short for P-CMOD) curves with different fiber volume contents (including 0%, 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.6% and 3.2%) were measured and monitored as the evaluation indicator to assess the resistant fracture capacity of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete. The results have indicated that with the increasing of fiber volume contents, the compression strength and the splitting strength would decline, but the fracture toughness would increase remarkably. Furthermore, a rather concrete explanation for the resistant fracture capacity enhancement of cement concrete with fiber reinforcement is provided.
