根据输油管线小规模、高精度泄漏检测要求,设计了一种以原油敏感材料为基底的应变传感光缆,并建立了布里渊频移对光缆局部应变的响应模型,用于发现并定位漏油事件。通过组建的模拟实验系统,利用BOTDA对漏油导致的布里渊频移进行分布式检测,在15mi n内准确定位了小规模漏油,并且在1.714km的长度上实现了1m的空间分辨率和0.1m的定位误差。
We designed a kind of strain sensing cable based on sensitive material of crude oil by the requirement of small-scale pipeline and high-precision leak detection,and also the response model of the brillouin frequency shift of local strain on the fiber optical cable was proposed to discover and locate the leak event.In the formed simulation system,we located the small-scale oil leak accurately within 15 minutes by the distributed detection of brillouin frequency shift caused by oil leak using BOTDA,besides,the spatial resolution of 1m and the positioning error of o.1m in the length of 1.714km were realized.
