高速切削钢件的时候,切削温度高达800~1000℃,扩散磨损成为硬质合金刀具的一个主要磨损原因。从热力学的角度研究硬质合金刀具扩散磨损规律,计算刀具材料在不同温度下分解溶入各种常见工件材料中的浓度值,研究结果可对刀具材料的研究和设计提供参考。
Cutting temperature always highly reaches to 800-1000℃ during high speed cutting steels with carbide tools. Diffusion wear is the main wear mechanisms at such high temperature. In this paper, the rules of diffusion wear for WC-carbide tools are studied based on thermo-dynamics. The dissolution concentration in typical normal workpice of carbide tool material at different temperature is then calculated. The results will provide useful references for tool material design and selection.
