探讨三-(2,3-二溴丙基)异氰脲酸酯(TBC)的急性毒性.预实验分别采用5、10、15g/kg·bw三个剂量,每个剂量组对10只昆明小鼠进行经口-次灌胃染毒,连续观察1周动物的死亡情况.正式试验采用限量法测定经口半数致死量,共用40只实验动物,其中Wistar大鼠20只,昆明小鼠20只,均雌雄各半.染毒剂量为15g/(kg·bw),染毒后观察24h内死亡数量,并持续观察两周.预实验中三个剂量组24h内均无动物死亡,且观察-周内小鼠状态良好.正式试验中大鼠和小鼠在15g/(kg·bw)的染毒剂量下也均无死亡,观察两周内大鼠和小鼠的状态良好.TBC的急性毒性分级为无毒,此研究为TBC的进-步毒理学研究奠定了基础.
This paper focused on the acute toxicity of tris - (2, 3 - dibromopropyl) isocyanu- rate(TBC). The preliminary experiment used three exposure dosages of 5, 10, 15 g/kg · bw, respectively. There were 10 Kunming mice in every dose group, and continuous ob- served for one week. The exposure dosages of the formal experiment according to the results of preliminary experiments, 20 Wistar rats and 20 Kunming mice were used in formal experi- ment, which half male and half female. The exposure dosage was 15g/kg · bw within 24 hours, and continuous observation for two weeks. There was no death in preliminary experi- ment and all the mice in good conditions within one week. There were no death of mice and rats in formal experiment, and also in good conditions within two weeks. Acute toxicity ex- periment confirmed that the toxicity of TBC was graded as non - toxic. This paper provided foundation research on further toxicological study of TBC.
