以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,在氨-水-乙醇溶液中进行水解,制备出单分散性SiO2纳米球.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物的结构、形貌和尺寸进行表征.考察了影响SiO2纳米球形成的因素,发现合适浓度的氨水有利于单分散性二氧化硅(SiO2)纳米球的形成.并将Eu”离子掺入SiO2纳米球中制备出SiO2:Eu^3+纳米球,考察了SiO2:Eu^3+纳米球的荧光性质,发现SiO2:Eu^3+(7%,mol/mol)纳米球的荧光效果最好.
Monodispersed SiO2 nanospheres were synthesized by hydrolyzation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) in the ammonia-water-ethanol solution. The phase structures, morphology and size of the products were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. The effect on the formation of SiO2 nanospheres was investigated. It was found that appropriate amount of ammonia is conducive to the formation of SiO2 nanospheres. SiO2 :Eu^3+ nanospheres were synthesized by doping Eua+ in the SiO2 nanospheres. Also, luminescence properties of the SiO2:Eu^3+ nanospheres were investigated systematically. The study indicates that the luminescent intensity of SiO2 :Eu^3+ (7%, mol/mol) is the highest.
