本文以服务企业为研究对象,在基于流程视角对动态创新能力进行界定和建构的基础上,探讨了创新能力的形成和使用机制,并从中发现了组织分权影响效应的“二重性”.研究结论表明:要有效改善新产品绩效,企业不仅要注重创新能力的形成,同时要关注能力的使用;企业需要建立合适的组织控制机制以更有效地发挥动态能力的作用效应.本文不仅增进了对“能力一绩效”之间“黑箱”的理论认识,同时也对中国服务企业如何识别、培育和使用创新能力提供了具体指导.
It conceptualizes the dynamic innovation capabilities for service firms, and discusses the building and implementation mechanisms of innovation capabilities. And then, it analyzes and tests the direct and moderating effects of formalization and decentralization on innovation capabilities. The results show: in order to improve new product performance, firms should pay attention to both formation and usage of innovation capabilities, and build correct organization control mechanism to make innovation capabilities function more effectively. It richens the theoretical knowledge ofthe "black box" in "capabilities-performance", and provides specific guidance for Chinese service firms to identify, build and implement innovation capabilities.
