介绍了碳纤维布(CFRP)加固腐蚀钢筋混凝土的梁静载和疲劳试验过程,探讨了加固方式和纤维布性能对疲劳寿命的影响。试验对象为6根FRP加固腐蚀梁、1根腐蚀未加固梁和1根标准梁(未腐蚀未加固);加固方式分别是CFRP缠绕加固梁和FRP在梁底抗弯加固且缠绕纤维布;试验过程中3根梁作静载试验,5根梁作疲劳试验。试验结果表明:FRP加固腐蚀梁的静载极限承载力比标准梁提高37%~38%;加固腐蚀梁的疲劳寿命是未加固梁的2~6倍,但低于标准梁。

英文摘要:

The structural behaviors of RC beams strengthened with carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer sheets and exposed to a corrosion environment are summarized in this paper. The effects of different strengthening methods and performances of FRP strengthening sheets on the fatigue life are studied herein. There are altogether eight beams involved in the experiment, of which six are CFRP-strengthened and corroded, one is unstrengthened and corroded, and the other is neither strengthened nor corroded. Two different strengthening schemes are applied: the specimen is wrapped with CFRP sheets; and the specimen is both wrapped and flexurally strengthened, with three beams tested under monotonic loading and five beams under fatigue loading. The test results show that the ultimate monotonic strength of the CRP- strengthened-corroded beams increases by 37%-38% compared with the predicted strength of a similar unstrengthened-uncorroded beam. The fatigue life of the CFR strengthened-corroded beams is increased 2.5- 6.0 times that of a similar unstrengthened-corroded beam but is shorter than that of an uncorrroded beam.
