针对传统伤口敷料没有抑菌作用,使用中容易产生伤口感染,并且创面新生的肉芽组织易长入敷料的网眼中,换药时会造成伤口的二次机械创伤等问题,研究采用具有良好抗菌性能的聚乳酸为原料,通过改进的熔喷非织造加工工艺制得超细纤维医用敷料。测试结果证明,产品不需要任何抗菌处理就具有很好的抗菌效果,并且通过整理后抑菌圈的宽度平均可达到4mm以上;材料中的纤维细度主要分布为2~5μm,该结构可以很好地阻隔细菌以及微生物的入侵;并且材料透气性好,生物相容性佳,手感柔软,对人体无任何毒副作用。
Traditional wound dressings are not anti-bacterial and can easily make the wound pant worse and cause secondary mechanical trauma for the wound part. In this paper, using antibacterial polylactic acid as raw material and through improvement of melt-blown nonwoven process, superfine fiber medical dressings were made. Test result shows that the product does not require any antibiotic treatment and is of very good antibacterial effect, and the average width of the bacteriostatic circle can reach to more than 4mm after finished. The fiber fineness is mainly distributed in between 2 to 5 microns, this structure can be very good bacteria block and microbial invasion, but still keep materials' permeability, excellent biocompatibility, soft handle and without any side effects.
