In this paper,the exact solutions of the Gardner equations with generalized variable coefficients are explored by the（G′/G）-expansion method.Many new travelling wave solutions are obtained with the aid of symbolic computation.It is shown that the proposed method provides a powerful mathematical tool for nonlinear partial differential equations with variable coefficients.
