目的:研究大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后皮层脑红蛋白(neuroglobin,NGB)的表达。方法:采用免疫组化结合阳性细胞计数测定损伤后不同时间皮层缺血半影区NGB变化。结果:与假手术组比较,缺血半影区NGB阳性神经元呈先升后降的趋势。结论:NGB对缺血性脑损伤有适应性保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of neuroglobin expression in pallium in rats following ischemic-reperfusion injury.Methods: Sprague-Damley male rats were subjected to 90 min of focal ischemia induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion with a filament insert.Immunohistochemical method was performed to observe the change of neuroglobin staining in cerebral ischemic penumbra.Results: NGB protein was up-regulated from 1 h to 32 h after ischemic-reperfusion insult in cerebral ischemic penumbra,next was down-regulated.Conclusion: NGB may have important function in the adaptive protection process of ischemic brain damage.
