采用大孔吸附树脂HP-20、聚苯乙烯型大孔吸附树脂(MCI gel)、硅胶及Li Choprep RP-18等色谱方法,分离纯化韩国全罗南道地区木通藤茎的亲水性部分,并对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从木通藤茎亲水性部分分离鉴定了7个化合物:L-苏式-愈创木基甘油-8-O-β--D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(L-threo-guaiacylglycerol 8-O-β--D-glucopyranoside,1)、愈创木基甘油-9-O-β--D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(guaiacylglycerol 9-O-β--D-glucopyranoside,2)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯酚-1-O-β--D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol 1-O-β--D-glucopyranoside,3)、2-甲氧基-4-羟基苯酚-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol 1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,4)、2,6-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯酚-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol 1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,5)、4-羟甲基-2,6-二甲氧基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(di-Omethylcrenatin,6)和松柏苷(coniferin,7)。其中化合物2-7为首次在该植物中分离得到。
Seven compounds were isolated and purified by macroporous adsorptive resin HP-20, MCI gel, silica gel and Li Choprep RP-18 column chromatographies from the rattan of Akebia quinata Decne.. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods as L-threo-guaiacylglycerol 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), guaiacylglycerol 9-O-β- D-glucopyranoside (2), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol 1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), 2-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol 1-0-β- D-glucopyranoside (4), 2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol 1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), di-O-methylcrenatin (6) and coniferin (7). Compounds 2-7 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
