天津滨海主要盐生植物根际土壤特征研究

以天津滨海地区为研究区,选取3种主要滨海盐生植物盐地碱蓬、碱蓬和芦苇为试验材料,运用开氏消煮-半微量定氮蒸馏法-氢氧化钠熔融-钼锑抗比色法等方法,测定3种盐生植物根际土壤全氮、全磷、全钾等养分以及全盐等含量,结果发现,3种盐生植物都对于氮磷钾表现出一定的富集作用,但具有较强的选择性。对于有效成分中速效钾的吸收都很强烈,这可能是滨海盐生植物的生理共性。初步探明了滨海盐生植物能有效降低滨海盐土中的盐分含量,并且选择性的富集养分元素,对于滨海盐土具有一定的改良作用。根据盐生植物根际土壤特征,在盐碱地治理开发中可通过种植不同盐生植物来减少土壤盐分,增加土壤肥力,为实现滨海盐碱地科学开发利用提供理论依据。

英文摘要:

In this paper, Tianjin coastal area was chosen as the study area, and three main coastal halophytes,suaeda salsa, suaeda acuminata and phragmites, were selected as the experimental material in this area. Soil samples in rhizosphere of the three coastal halophytes were taken with ecology sampling method. Kelvin digestion-semi-micro distillation fixed nitrogen, NaOH meh-Anti-Mo- Sb assay and other experimental methods ware used to measure soil nutrient feature such as total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium and soil salt feature such as total salt content in the rhizosphere of the three coastal halophytes and other nutrient indica- tors, salt indicators. Through statistic analysis, the results showed that there was obvious enrichment of N, P and K in the rhizosphere of the three halophytes, but a strong selectivity for these nutrient elements also existed. The active ingredient for available K was strongly absorbed, which may be common physiological to all coastal halophyte. Meanwhile, It initially proved that coastal halophytes could reduce the salt content in coastal saline soil effectually, which played an important role in the improvement of coastal saline soil. At the same time, the three coastal halophytes could enrich nutrient element selectively. According to the soil characteristics analysis in the rhizospherc of ceastal halophytes, a theoretical basis is provided for the management and development of the salt soil. It can increase soil fertility, eliminate soil salinity to plant different coastal halophytes selectively, which can achieve a rational ex- ploitation of salt soil in coastal area.
